All sales on our website are final. There will be 20% restocking fee for all items returned. Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of invoice date for issuance of credit memo only. Please call iLuck at 310.424.5119 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be included on the address label on every package. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. Shipping cost are NOT refundable.
